Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and software services provided by BRANDIE ANN SOFT INC, the following refund policy applies:

• All payments are non-refundable once service execution has begun

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven technical error caused by the company

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

• Refund approval is at the sole discretion of company management
